Product Quality:

We sell original Region 1 DVD, and Region Coded 1(A) Blu-Ray, specifically designated for the United States. HD-DVD Discs are non-region coded by the manufacturer.

Payment:

You agree to complete payment, in full, for services rendered or products received. You agree to contact House Of Blu in the event of any payment discrepancy, allowing us a minimum of 15 days to reverse, refund, or alter or cancel your order. All sales and payments are considered final and completed 12 hours after your order has been placed. Any cancellations before your order has shipped, but after this 12 hours will cause a forfeiture of a 10% service and convenience fee from your total payment. Any cancellations after the order has shipped will result in a full forfeiture of all shipping and handling charges and a 10% service and convenience charge on the remainder of your payment.

No account required to shop:

Payments are completed by all major credit cards through Google Checkout. No other method of payment is used at House Of Blu. After adding all products to your cart, follow the "Checkout" link where you will find the Google Checkout button. Please register with the same email address that you have used on House Of Blu if possible to help track your order on our site as well as on Google Checkout.

Discount Coupons and Pricing:

At times, we may choose to offer a discount coupon through this site. All coupon offers are subject to change based solely on the decisions of House Of Blu management without liability to the management, staff, or business operations of House of Blu. If any offer is discontinued, all orders received under such offer will be considered valid.

House of Blu subscribes to a fair pricing policy. In consideration of demand, stock quantity, and business conditions, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without liability.

Orders ship usually within 2 business days by standard shipment through the US Postal Service or UPS, and typically deliver within a week. We only ship to the United States.

Return Policy:

If there are any problems with your movies, please contact us at admin@houseofblu.com. We stand behind every movie sold, and once a movie is returned we offer two options:

1. A replacement movie of your choice.

2. A full refund, including your original shipping payment.

Returns are accepted in the same condition they were shipped. Unopened returns postmarked within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund, or exchange for an item of equal value. If the buyer has any reason to return an order within 30 days where the product has been opened, the buyer may only exchange it for the exact title the buyer originaly purchased, provided the buyer agrees to pay a shipping charge of $3.75. If there are problems with items sold as "Used" or "Previously Viewed," it may be exchanged for an item of equal value, or receive a full refund. We allow a maximum of one returned transaction per order.

Please contact admin@houseofblu.com to return any order to receive a return authorization number to place in the package. Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

If you happen to receive a non-working or factory defective product, we will replace it free of charge. You should follow the same steps above for the return. Your replacement will be dispatched immediately upon receipt.
